Is your boat a single or a twin ? tidal says twin question says single . On the F30 up to 78 the left is a left hand ( normal ) rotation the Right is right hand (reverse ) turn . ( not sure on 79 up) On most single engine Trojans a right hand engine is used . On other brands it could be ether way on a single .

Ya I've got twins with a very old starboard engine and I'm looking for a scrap boat or used engine for overhaul with a single , without disabling my boat.
Theirs lot's of 26 ' & 28' boats around here .

Most single Trojans came with reverse turn (right hand ) engines . But things get changed over years on boats Our boats after all are 40 years old . So check the engine before you hand over the $$$ .

According to Bob most of our boats that were single shaft used Reverse Rotation Engines. I have agood 225 Chry electronic fired Reverse engine, that is sealed and was working fine when I replaced engines as the other side went out and I had both. So saved the Reverse Rotation 900 hours. If anyone has interest.
