Rocker adjustment is probably out because of collapsed lifters ( no oil ).You will see when intake comes off. I have destroyed cams before but not because of oil pressure issues, it was always fixable with a replacement of parts and some cleaning inside with a magnet, I fear this maybe worse. Good luck to you.Keep us informed about the oil filter if you dont mind. You may resurrect this yet.
