sink and shower drains on 10 meter

On the 10 meter express the boat owners manual indicates the shower water is pumped over board and "All sinks and basins discharge directly overboard". Since the shower pan is below the water line there is a pump installed to pump "the waste water overboard". Wording indicates pump for shower and direct drain for sinks etc. Would that be the system on a 1986 10 meter express or would it have been modified to prevent direct overboard discharge?

Shower would use a pump , sinks would just drain . If your would not like them to go over board they you need to install a gray water system

Well, guess I have to figure out the system. See what goes where, and find pump or pumps. Assume they still go overboard. If system as original, sinks, drain overboard and the shower has a pump that pumps overboard. Wonder if they use the same outlet. Unfortunately the the only boat book I have just has a drawing, no actual pictures of the system. Believe the pump might be in the picture I posted on another thread so I will just have to get down into the bilge and try to trace hoses. Thanks

Yes, my credit card knows this very well when we replaced every one of them with stainless.
