1976 F-32 Cockpit Deck Slope

Post by BradZ »

I'm in the process of reframing the deck on my F-32 and I was wondering if anyone could shed some light on the slope of the rear deck. I want to be sure the deck is sloped towards the aft of the boat were the scupper holes are located. The factory framing is still in tact and I can easily keep the deck in that position. My question is, is the deck sloped enough so that when I hose it down the water will run towards the transom? I have the opportunity to increase the slope but I don't want it to become to noticeable when we are sitting or standing back there. I hope this makes sense.. lol and as always thanks in advance

If you have fuel tanks under the cockpit, you need to take into consideration what the slope will be with them both full and empty.

I'm going to have to go with the original framing position. I would assume Trojan accounted for as many variables as possible when the boat was designed.
