New engine

I'm about to buy a new engine,replace my 1987 454(350)and see there are few companies,just wondering if anyone on here where they bought from?

Long block or complete ? I have heard some have used Michigan motors with good results . Also http://daddyosmarine.com/ Bob uses them , tell them Bob from beacon marine told you to call

Not 100% sure yet,probably going longblock.seen both of them,was almost set on a daddys complete on ebay 6k plus shipping

Anyone have any dealings with Rapido Marine or S and J engines?looking to do longblock replacement.

I got two GM crate small blocks from Michigan Motorz a couple years ago. Fast delivery too. So far, so good.

Birdman, not sure who you are addressing that question to but I replaced my engines myself. There were no labor costs other than mine.
