drilling into hollow keel on trojan F32

I have heard many stories of people drilling into the keel of the trojan F32-FB to get water out of the hollow keel.
Does anyone have any knowledge of this? or pictures.. I would like to get the water out of my keel because it smells awful. I would like to know where to drill, what size hole to drill, how deep to drill and what they use to suck the water out..
