1985 express cruiser transmission ratio

Hi, I have a 1985 10.5 meter express cruiser with twin 454s and was neediing to find out what my gearing ratio was as Im considering cupping my props.. any insight would be greatly appreciated, thanks.. Glen

10.5 ? Do mean 10 meter ? They made a 10 meter express , amid cabin (some confusr the two ) 2 aft cabins . They also made a 10.8 sedan and in later years a 10.8 express . Need to know what you have for sure diffrent ratios and props used on the diffrent models . What size props do you have now ? What rpms are you getting wide open ? Adding cup will lower rpm .

If you contact Bob at Beacon with you hull numbers , he can tell you I have some info but not sure what you have I asume the 10.5 is a typo .
