Fresh Water Pump

Post by jfgkahaluu@gmail.com »

My Fresh Water pump stopped working, swapped it out and nothing. No power coming to the pump, is there a fuse somewhere? Just a toggle switch on the panel. 1989 10.8 international.

I understand toggles on electrical panel are actually breakers.
Do they go bad?

Correct, they are Airpax breakers. I assume it's not tripped? I would remove the panel and supply 12v at the switch wires and see what happens. Then you can rule in/out the breaker switch. Yes, I haven't had any go bad myself but some people have.

On-demand pump when the switch is on. Water tank filled?

My F-26 uses pull-switches mounted on the lav bulkhead (one for the shower pump and one for water supply.) They are prone to corrosion and need periodic cleaning.
Motors should run. People -- not so much.
