I currently own a 1990 Carver 3607 aft cabin with bimini and hardtop and I have been offered a trade deal on a 1987 Trojan 50' aft pilot house with fly bridge and twin diesels (don't know size). The offer is my boat and $30,000. Both boats are up to date and in very good condition. I know the Trojan is a little more sea worthy and being larger has more room. I'm asking for opinions from our experienced forum readers as to the value of this trade and comments on the Trojan. Thanks guys.

Honestly, I am not sure what a 1987 Trojan 50' aft pilot house is. Not sure if Trojan built a 50' in 87, Photos? Condition of both and more info would be needed to give a good answer.

I'm guessing he either means a 44 flush deck, or the 54 deckhouse motoryacht

Really need more info of exactly what model. And what Diesels. There was and still is a 50' or so Trojan for sale that was depowered with diesels nice boat but totally the wrong diesel for a big heavy boat. This was a older boat but the points still the same.

I would assume it has to be that 14 Meter boat. It's the only one close enough to make sense from the description. Lets see if Buyer gets back to the Forum.
