temp gauge dosn't work

temp gauge dosn't work

hello

Mmy port side temperature gauge doesn't work at all. what or where should I look? where is the the sender located . I have twin 350 Merc.

Sending Unit

The sending unit should be located at the top front of your engine. There should be only one wire attached to it. Before changing it, you should check for a break in the wire using an Ohm meter. Also be sure that you have power to the gauge. If you should replace the sending unit, be sure that the new one is compatible with the gauge.
