electronic ingnition

I have twin merc 233 hp on f 32 sedan flybridge ( 351 cleavland) One of theme is counterclock Anyone no where to get rebuild or new distributors. Is electronic ignition good for old 1976 engines. ?

I have a '73- 36' Tri Cabin with 440 engines. It was a project when I bought it and one of ther first things I did was to install electronic ignition. I have been very happy with my decision.

I have the electronic ignition in a 26' Yachtcruiser on a 233 MerCruiser and have had zero problems.
