sp tanks built mine too, not installed yet but they built to my specifications and increased capacity from 100 gals to 150 gals together.

I think they were around 1500 to 1700 shipped to me.

They will cost but SP does a great job with a lot of quality.

FUEL TANK REPLACEMENTS F-32

Post by zbigk »

Larry,

I recommend replacing the saddle tanks when you pull the engines. eventually the tanks will leak. There are 5 Trojan F32 at the boat club & every single one of them have either replaced, pupmed dry or simply removed the saddle taks. I replaced mine when i repowered (05 & 06). I have spec drawings if you need.

I used SP Tanks also when I replaced mine two years ago. Good quality, reasonable price, delivered on schedule. Can't ask much more than that.

I killed the saddle tanks, replaced them with two fresh water tanks, had SP make two 100 Gallon aluminum tanks (Rectangle) to replace the 2 Galv. tanks in back. Worked out real well. Lost a few gallons of fuel but gained fresh water and no more inaccessible saddletank worries
