Welcome .

Most likely a F the hull ID numbers will tell the story . . Cost of replacing a head ? the will vary on what engine you have and other factors , other damaged parts rusty bolts etc . and of course the labor rate in your area .

why do you think it has a cracked head ?

Welcome.....odds are if you have a cracked head and want to replace it you probably should consider a total rebuild.........John

You have a 1976 F26 10.5' beam approx dry weigh of 5450 lbs 27" draft .
the most common engine was the Chrysler 318 but there were other options ( mercruser )and being 35 years old may have been repowerd , If for some reason your having troulde ID ing the engine a photo would help

Most the info you need is available here so ask away . Of course when asking refer to it being a 76 F26. A owners manual is available thru Beacon marine .
