Absolutely insane. What a coward...to take away beautiful lives. May he rot in the hottest of hell for eternity!

So sad... and, yes, prayers and condolences to all the families involved.

our world is becoming un fixable,
how tragic, I cant stop crying,
this is a sign of the times, how desperate people have become to do such a horrible horrible thing to another human, and more horrific a child. Its beyond anger at this point. How can someone have lost their way so badly to do this?
Prayers are not enough.

Thoughts and prayers go out to everyone that has had to endure this unspeakable trajedy. Words, prayers are not enough. I, a grown man as well, welled up with tears for these young souls, as I sat back and looked at pictures of my 2 grandaughters, and my nephew and nieces. Life is not fair.

Truly one of the saddest events in my life time . I can't even fathom what the families are going through .

We do have have a section for non-boating posts , However there are at times when some subjects effect most of us , that I/we choose to let stay here in this more active section as needed .

Please if you have any concerns feel free to pm me.

Thank you

I was here in CT spending the day with my 7 year old granddaughter today when I heard the ages of the children who became angels yesterday. I have been avoiding watching the news or reading the paper today. It is just too much to handle.

Pardon me - but I can't find any words about my feelings by listening this sadly news.

Six years ago my daughter was in the same age.

it's been a few days, I'm still stopping and thinking of my 3 yr old grandbaby and wonder of the place she been born on to. We wonder why these animals walk with us and do these things. Now the parents and the responders live with this Hell forever ! God Save Us from our self's.

Although it doesn't change the tragedy, being 30 minutes from the shooting really just hits home. Newtown is a very nice place with a well regarded school system... Just unthinkable that these poor innocent people met their end at the hands of a monster.

Hard to hold back the tears even though I am not a father yet (wife's expecting in may).
