Venitian Night at the Chicago Yacht Club? When I was a teenager our family belonged to the Chicago Yacht club. Loved it.
Fishing Chesapeake Bay and Off Shore Virginia.

Venitian Night @ Northpoint in Winthrop Harbor on I'LL WI Border.

Sadly, Chicago canceled their Venitian nights a few years ago due to budgets.
