Currently -7 and falling. Won't even talk about the wind chill. Every year I hate the cold more and wonder why I stay here!

We've been in the ice box up here lately too. It was minus 26 Friday night. The lake has begun to freeze up. looks like next week is meant to warm up though.

I'm just glad Winter is the short season down here as I am sick of it already and just close to half over. :lol:

For those of you familiar with Niagara Falls... yes, it is cold up here!

Re the shot of the water frozen under the Rainbow Bridge -- the water that flows through there is normally moving about 5-10knots ... and it still froze over!

I can't wait for spring... It has been pretty cold this year in Minnesota. -15F today w/ -36 wind chill today! Lots of schools are shut down too.

Yep,but 68 here today,then back to mid sixties on thursday-----they are saying they may have to close some bridges as they don't have sand or salt trucks---Mike
