I think what he means is that Trojan never offered a 327. It was a 318 or 360 and I'm not sure the 360 was an option in a 31. I think Chrysler did at the time. My '78 Charger that I had in high school had a 327 hemi I think. So who knows. Maybe it was re-powered with automotive parts.

Sad boat however. The pictures are horrible, but it may make a decent parts boat. If I needed it, I'd offer to take the title in lieu of assuming storage responsibilities.

Chrysler never made a 327 , a 327 most likely is a chevy , although American Motors did make a 327 in the 60s


Most likely that boat came with Chrysler 318s or merc/ford 302s or 351s . Of course it could have been repowered with chevys
