F-26 total production

Hi, I'm new to this forum. I'm now the proud owner of a 1975 Trojan F-26 which I am planning to extensively customize and rebuild this Winter.

Does anyone have an idea on how many F-26's were made? It seems like they are quite plentiful. I looked around on the net but haven't found much info.

Thanks,
Bart

1971 was the first year of production. The 1971 and 1972 models had V drive propulsion. The later F26 models had straight inboard propulsion.

Hi Bart,
Welcome to the forum, and congratulations on your new boat. I'm not exactly sure how many were produced, Trojan ended production of the F-26 in 1983. They came back for a short time I believe in 1986 and 1987 as the F-27. They produced three different models, Open express, Hardtop express and a Flybridge model.

There's plenty of information and project threads on the F-26 in the forum. I also have a 1975 model. If you need any information on it let me know. I have the original manual to include the wiring diagrams. Look forward to seeing some photos,
Matt
