The first thing you must do is join a picture hosting site. I use photobucket. There are other sites on the internet that could be used, but since I’m familiar with photobucket this is the site I will explain.

1. Go to photobuckets web site and join, it’s free. http://www.photobucket.com
2. If to are going to use the picture for your Avatar the picture must be reducer in size to 80x80 pics.
3. Upload your picture to the photobucket site. To resize the photo click edit this image’ below the image you uploaded.(If your picture is not square you can crop it first, but neither the dimensions can be greater then 80x80) When the new screen comes up click resize. Change the dimensions and click apply; click save a copy or replace original; click save and continue.
4. Your pictures will appear on screen. Place your pointer on the smaller image; a drop screen appears; drop your pointer to the direct link; copy the direct link.
5. Return to the Trojanboats site.
6. Open your profile.
7. On the bottom of the profile page you will see ’ Link to off-site Avatar:’ Paste the direct link from photobucket.
8. Enter security code and submit.

If you want to post a picture in a thread the process is almost the same. Copy the direct link. at the top of the new post or reply page you will see the Img button. Click the Img button, paste the direct link, and click the Img button again. Your picture will be inserted.

When posting pictures on the site please resize them so thay fit.

Go back one page and you'll find a thread with the info. And if that doesn't work for you, go back some more and you'll find more threads on the pic subject.
