Hey all,

Finally getting my canvas re-done this week from blue to heather beige from sunbrella... Which now means I can get rid of all my blue logos, striping and exterior upholstery!!!

Looking for ANYONE who has the original Trojan International logos that go on the sides of the boat and would be a bonus if you have the 10 Meter logos as well!

Any condition is fine, so please let me know what you've got!

Thanks all!

Look up this post. "looking for 10 meter international stickers/emblems" I posted a picture of my decals. You might be able to have one made from the picture.

It's time to replace my 30 year old faded logos as well

My firm has a lot of this kind of signage done commercially and I have established contacts to have these made locally.

However, I respect the Forum rules and do not wish to cause any discord.

However, if you can secure permission to proceed, I will arrange for these to me redone in complete sets for ten meters.

Spreading the set up costs over many will reduce the cost significantly.

I would guess that the other International series use the same logos but cannot confirm.

Hey RWS,
I would be very interested in a set of these as well. I'm sure others would too. Did you ever find out the correct font? Did you get the ok to move forward with this? Someone was able to produce the flags, so maybe this won't be a problem either. Like you, I respect the forum as well and will wait to hear what they say.
Thanks, Mike

Mike,

Since you have the pot metal ones on the mid cabin, they can be refinished. I had mine sandblasted and then I repainted them in metallic silver, hand painted the black letter outlines and then clear coated. They've held up great and look so much better than the original finish which was shot. I know Bob/Beacon had some Stainless Steel ones a while back. For some reason they had holes in them which I wasn't crazy about but an option.

I built a LOT of models as a kid so that helped with the detail painting :)

I'm definitely interested in putting some $$$ into this venture if needed!

I'd have mine made locally only so I can match the color up with the new stripes I want to install in the spring!

You can PM me directly and we can talk money!

If someone will handle the "permission" part, I'll handle the design, layout & production.

Barring any objection from the management, I am quite happy to move ahead on this, however I don't want to cause a problem for the host of our Forum.

Perhaps the moderator can secure authorization to proceed.

I am in the process of setting this up.

HOWEVER....

I am unable to proceed until I have the express permission of the owners of this FORUM.

Unless anyone chimes in with different information, at this time it appears that the standard color was black & silver.

I'll have them done for the 10 meter, and if there is enough interest, an additional digit could be included for 11, 12, 13 & 14 meter, however in those cases, the user would have to remove the zero from the ten and insert the other digit by hand, at the jobsite.

Easily done with a spray bottle of soapy water.
