Sudbury Switches

Post by dagen »

I think it is time to repair or replace the two brown Sudbury battery switches that are under the salon stairs in my 1978 F30. Does anyone know if these can be repaired? If not repairable can you advise me of what replacements will work with the least amount of modifications. The switches still work, but they keep feeling more lose internally every year. I appreciate any advice.

I can't remember if the 'toggles' on those switches are held in position on shafts by a little set screw? If so, see if you can snug the set screw up a bit and see if that feels any better.
