1975 F32 Rifit Ideas

Post by jckno2023 »

Hello,

I recently purchased my first boat, a 1975 F32. It needs some TLC and updates, so was hoping for feedback pertaining to others projects, good sites for parts and/or reference and lessons learned through others trials and errors. Specifically, refinishing interior and exterior teak, painting the black aluminum window frames, common leak issues, replacing or refurbishing the hatches, speaker positions/stereo system set-ups, etc.

I appreciate any feedback you can provide! BTW, what a great source for Trojan owners!

For Trojan parts Beacon marine is the best source. That have lots more than listed online best to call https://www.trojanboats.net/zencart/ . For the window frames, I use Rustoleum (brush) . Teak inside Waco is what Trojan used. Outside There is a lot of different opinions I would reach around the site. There are some threads on redoing the insides again do a search some look great others well.. we all have different tastes. Speakers? I rarely listen to tunes while boating so I won't comment.

Thank you so much for the feedback. I am looking forward to making the boat my own and understanding it will not happen overnight. Just so many ideas, but uncertain where to start. Thank you again!
