F-32 fuel gage sender

Post by MikeByer »

I need to replace the fuel sender on my front saddle tank on my 1985 f-32. I believe them to be 50 gallon tanks. Can anyone suggest a replacement part number?

They are different ones available. Most will need to be adjusted for your tank, other you need to know the true internal depth of your tank. And must match the gauge. Beacon Marine has senders pre-adjusted to your tank so you know it's right. While they may cost a few bucks more due to the labor/time adjusting the unit. Or you can find some "kind fits" and play around with them and see.

Trojan part# is 52-1659 I believe that's what I got a few years back not sure if it's the same

Thank you Prowlerfish. I believe the one from Beacon Light sounds best. Less hassle is worth the extra cash. Thanks again!
