89 mid cabin alternator and belt size

does anyone have a part number?

also current belt size is 47 5/8" which seems a bit long

Assuming your engine serial number is greater than 88710, the alternator numbers you quoted are correct and my recommended replacement would be an Arco 60104, $191.59 through Amazon.

Regarding the belt size, again assuming serial number greater than 88710, the correct belt part number is Crusader #98210

I bought a DB Electric from Amazon
Looks like it will work, I'll Let you know if it doesn't.
As for the belt, that crusader number gives me a spec of 49 1/8" which is too long.
I will use the old belt as a guide.
