Hey.... how about price it for its true value and hold out for your price? If you under price it, then keep slashing your price every 2 weeks until it sells, you simply perpetuate the absurdity that causes people to think a perfectly good F32 like Willie's is only worth 10K!!! These things, in good shape, are truly worth 25-55K.
It's like cheap Chinese crap de-valuing everything made in North America... but we are doing it to ourselves. Please stop giving them away!! I may want to sell mine some day and want to get a reasonable price out of it!
With 2 kids close to college- Mine will "probably" go on the market next year. The problem is if you want (or God forbid "Need") to sell, the only motivater you have is price.
I think my F-32 is pretty nice. Decent twin diesels, updated looks in and out and mechanically excellent. IMHO- it "should" be near the top of that range BUT I highly doubt I'll get anywhere near 50k.
Unfortunatly... the market is in the dumps. In the last year, I've seen some real nice, quality boats at prices that are just ridiculously low... and aren't moving.
Great time to be a buyer.... not so much if your a seller.
not such a good time to be a buyer, banks aren't loaning money for old boats and that drives down the price to. Broker told me if it's under 15k or over 150k it can sale, it's the boats that us common folk and beginners want that don't sale today due to lack of loan monies out there

okay, maybe not ALL are union made, but i'd rather support american workers than the chinese any day. and the clothes are well made and wear like iron.

I got a response from the seller of Will's old F32. He tells me that he has owned it for a little over a year. Hmmm, Will only sold it to him this summer, around July I believe, when we went to Port Kinsale...
