Welcome!

I used these folks. They are very professional and know their stuff. Call them and they can give you an estimate. I used them for our F32 from the west coast of Florida to the DC area about 5 years ago. Depending on the size of your boat, beam, clearance height and the route of travel, escorts and permits...the price will vary. They are in N.C and I'm not sure they get hauls to the west coast. But if so, often your boat can be transported back on a return trip.

And...whatever you do, do NOT go with a company which brokers out to a transport company! Don't ask how I know...

Welcoem to South Carolina? Where do you live?

I priced having a 42' Harley Suport Sport haueld from California to Charleston, SC about 3 years ago - and it was about $10k.

Good luck - love to meet you and see your boat (what model) here soon!

I have a 1987 Trojan Express 10M. I live in Charleston. Where do you live? I can't wait to get my boat here. What model is your boat?

Post by rossjo »

I live on Hobcaw creek on the Mount Pleasant side ... My F32 is rigt here at my dock! eMail me @ Ross.Johnson@RNR-Marine.com

Why not take 2 months off and spend the $10k on fuel (diesels or gas?) and bring her around yourself? ;-)

Where do you live & what do you do?

I am a respiratory therapist. We just moved to Mount Pleasant on Sat. Where is Hobcaw creek in Mount Pleasant? I would love to take my boat by waterway, but it is not even starting right now. I am going to have Sea Tow haul it to the boat yard, throw it on a truck, and deal with it when it gets here.
