Second Helm Controls.. adding throttle and wheel

Can a second set of throttles and Shifter and Steering wheel be added to a boat that already has one?

What goes in to adding this.. Can someone explaing how / where the second set of throttle / cables get attached to. Does it get connected to the carb linkage or is there some other device used?

Same with the transmission

How about the Steering?

Does anyone ahve an pictures or digrams to reference?
