Boat History Boat took on water

What are the groups thoughts on a boat that was nelected at the dock for a period of time and the bilges filled up with Rain Water...

This event happened 8 years ago and everything has been replaced motors, ac heat electronics..

What effect if any would water sitting in the bilge for an extended period of time be... it was supposedly frsh water from rain..

boat was abaondonded during a divorce?

The stringers should be checked for rot. and anything metal thats been under water incl wireing and fuel tanks transmissons engines gen set etc.etc.

yup, stringers. These boats are known for stringer problems even when they havent been submerged. I would have them checked.
