Good luck! The Key West is a great boat - made right here in Charleston (Summerville) by Hutch and the boys. It will serve you well.
Enjoy!
I did not know they were made there. Cool. And yes they are well made boats from all the research I have done. No wood. Loads of standard features. Great design, ergonomically and space usage.

Got a nice ladder, but you'll miss that swim platform:
Ya Ross, this was my thinking. I dive, and know how much of a pain it can be without good access, so I was wondering what Roy's plan is to deal with that.
She was a 1969 36 ft wooden beauty with big blue 440s that we'll miss forever.

I hate taking my fins off under water to have to drag that weight on my back up a floating ladder, back side of those outboard motor plastic covers are always slippery when wet to, looks like a tough entry for the wife and kids to me
My last boat was a 22' Grady White with a 200 HP Yamaha.
Those Yamahas are awesome !
If you don't yet have one, be sure to get the most appropriate stainless steel prop.
Seems like every boat is a compromise.
Sorry to see you leaving Trojanworld, but you WILL enjoy the new ride.
