Hello all,
After removing the fuel, water and waste deck fittings I am posting this.
My 1980 F36 had inadequate sealing around each of these fittings.
The coring was not properly finished and I have some rot around those fittings.
We're going back with epoxy over structural foam so we will never have this problem again but I strongly suggest you take a good look at your deck penetrations to assure they are sealed properly.

That's problem with almost all boats, when I did my hatches I had to seal up the aft one
