15 Meter Trojan - ACTUAL PHOTO

Post by gdcardoza »

Years ago, my grandfather bought the newer version trojan as it was released..

Unfortunately we lost my grandfather almost a year ago and I was flipping thru his personal files and came across one that said "Boats"

I remember, when I was very young... Probably 7-10 years old, we went to the Miami show and saw a 15 meter in person!

Anyways, I found this ACTUAL photo given to him by Jimmy Dawson, owner of Dawsons marina, who was Trojan dealer at the time...

ENJOY AND DROOL!

She was a 1969 36 ft wooden beauty with big blue 440s that we'll miss forever.

holy crap what a beautiful boat!! there has got to be more info on this as i know it has really wetted the appetites of everyone on this forum. tony, i'll do you one better. i'd sell the tri cabin for this boat. this one is truly worthy of the name..... ENTERPRISE. like paul said, i've never even seen something like this in the trojan line up. if she was a prototype, i hope she survived the chopping block. it would be a damn shame to see her destroyed. more more more on this one......
aaron

btw... if you look at broom and haines in the uk, these designs are the standard. on both websites, you must click 'model range' to see the full designs. and i'd LOVE to own a broom 370. tri cabin for the 21st century.
