its been a while!

Post by TBone »

I was working on my F-32 project, and come to find that she was too far gone for my liking and I sold her a while ago.

I have a new project now, but its not a trojan, but I really like this board and I come here often for information. Much like someone else on this forum, I have gone to Silverton. I have an 83 Silverton 34C that I rescued from NY after hurricane Sandy. Shes coming along nice, and I have almost no fiberglass work to do. No soft deck issues to deal with.

Ill post some picks soon!

Suffice to say I think that even if you no longer own a Trojan, that you are still welcome here. Heck, I joined before I owned a boat! Good luck with the Silverton.
I needed a less expensive hobby, so I bought a boat!

I sold a 85 34C and bought a 10.8 Trojan a month ago.. both are good boats I feel that I upgraded a bit but have some work to do. Be sure to check out the silverton forum as well I found some good info on there.

Our purchase choice was also between the 34C and the F32, but preferred the height of the bridge fairing on the F32 (much lower on the Silverton).

Regardless, a very nice model and well worth consideration!
