If you appreciate nice scenery, these images were taken the same day. We were rafted with the Dreamer, another F32 on the forum here and the Apache II, a 32' trawler. We had a huge whale breach within 50' feet of us while we were rafted and on the hook.

My apologies guys, but this seems worth posting once more as we wait for next year. Winter in Alaska doesn't get us any real-time posting opportunities. In the video are the Whittier, Alaska based F32's Dreamer and Instant Fun.

Great shot of 2 good looking boats . How long is your season ? How many hours do you manage to put on a year ? I manage to go all year picking good days in the winter . But many are done till spring around here .

Our season is a bout six months. I'm averaging about 250 engine hours per season.

That's longer then what many call the season down here , while some of us try to run all year . But I don't even come close to the hours you do .

We do quite a bit of trolling which stacks up the hours.
