Leaky Flybridge

Our 76 f-32 leaked water out of the overhead switches and puddles would gather on the dash in front of the lower helm, it would build up enough that it would drip all over the dinette. I removed the gutters and found very large gaps, up to a 1/2 inch. I used two part epoxy and went all the way around the bridge filling it as smooth as I could with out getting any on the areas that would show after I re-installed the gutters. I than re-drilled all the holes and used a small amount of 5200 on each hole. By using the two part epoxy to fill the old holes it allowed the new screws to bite in to a firm hold. The leaks have not come back.
