We dock on Lake Erie on Catawba Island and pay 1640 for a drive up 36 ft dock. WE have a 28 Trojan.

Where are you located on Catawba? I'm at Skyline View. I own my three docks here and annual maint is: $700.00 total for all three but I purchased the docks. Unlimited lift fees are included in the maintenance.

Here on Thunder Bay, Alpena MI a 40' slip for my 36 FB Tri-Cabin you pay $1,992.00 and $1.83 sq ft to have pulled, stored on the hard and launched in the spring. Water, Electric, restrooms are included and the Yacht Club is right across the street from my slip, I could throw a beer can and hit it. Yacht Club Membership is $250 annually, beer is $5.00 for a 64oz pitcher, I am right on the big lake (Huron) and I live five blocks from the Marina. So not too bad I guess

paying 145.00 a month at davis creek in mathews co. va. with a five min. channel to mobjack bay.and the ches. :) and the boat is a 3607 carver with a loa of 42. you can pm for info. and no i don't own it i just like it .

I am in NC> on the coast and I pay 400 & 100 live board fee& light bill which is .10 a kilowatt for power so it is kind of expensive but it beats living on land, the club house has nice showers but no lanudry ,I have a 40 rear aft cabin, I guess you call it a F40, 1980 model

I pay about 5,000.00 a year for summer slip which includes a trip in and out of the water.
