Yeah and a lot of good that has done your country lately! Those US banker's ingenuity is pretty impressive if you ask me.

Your idea of serious and mine differ. All I can do is look at the info you put out here... you have said you'll spend $2000 at first then maybe $1000 per year after that. From what I see that makes it a 20 yr project give or take 5 yrs.
Hell you are missing 2 windows, 2 rudders, looks like the bridge steering is missing stuff, much of the inside is crap, the decks and bridge floor are soft..... you couldn't have looked at it seriously before you got it home. If you knew all that from the outset why did you take it if you only plan to put chicken feed dollars into it???

I'm sorry I just don't buy it... you are looking thru' rose tinted glasses or just not willing to admit you bit off more than you can chew.
Oh, and if you want me to put on my 'quite a character hat'... I might ask what kind of experienced mechanic tries to run a 2500W inverter with #4 wire????

Michael, I love this country, let's not get political!

Kevin expressed his thoughts about this project, so be it.
Kevin good luck...

Michael, relax a bit...some people drink from different tea cups, so-to-speak. This forum is to offer help and advise. You've done that..let's move on.

I'm going fishing! Have a great weekend all! :)

Ok I guess your right... I guess I got a bit carried away with my analysis of the situation. I'll just try and chill. As you say we all have fun in different ways.
Catch one for me.

Oh silly me, you thought I was thinking you meant for the power out.
