what a neat idea to do the counter top paint! never even knew a product like that existed. just went to the rust-oleum website to get some idea of how it works etc. i think this would be a great project for me in the late fall. i absolutely HATE the fake cork counter top and back splash that trojan used in the late 1980's. i'm thinking of taupe or canvas. something to make that area a little brighter.[/quote] P.S. She also did the dinette tabel too.(cobel stone) you would think that it would look gray but its a nics tan or a creamy white and it did brighten it up alot the black slateish looking stuff that is on my 73-f32. was very Spanish mediterranean period. I am so glad that the trends of the verious periods didnt or couldent translate in to the wood work, Trojan did a nice job with that and a little elbow grease.has made it look great once more, it is my hope that this is something that I can pass on to my son. So the work that I put in her is done with love. and I include him in as much of the work and all the fun that I can
