Every place else looks like a bargain. For our 10 meter, we pay almost 5500 for the slip and another 1500 for winter storage. It includes pool, electric and weekly entertainment, of which, all I use is the electric. The thing I do use, and quite often, is repair and maintenance advice from the resident crew.

$3120 _ Lake Norman, NC. This is considered cheap on this lake, and it includes free and unlimited water and electricity. My boat is in the water all year round, so I think it's a pretty good deal. The marina is right below 3 restaurants and a marine repair center, so the location is awesome. Free live music from Exit36 in the summer

my marina is on chickamauga lake in soddy daisy tn. north of chattanooga and is $2520/ yr plus electric for my covered slip we have a nice resteraunt here. boat stays in year round.

I had my dock guy come by yesterday and give me quotes on adding 6 pilings at the corners of my pier and floater to help survive Hurricane season.
You guys are making the $3500 quote feel a lot better ... guess I'll add another $500-1,000 in 3x10 cross braces between the new posts.

I'll top everybody. 10 meter for full season (12months) $396.00 plus electric. Water is provided for free. (community marina) Spent 18 years at marinas paying higher rates each year with less services. Decided to move to a community with a pier and spend just as much (house pymt) and save on boat costs. Loving life on the Magothy river in Pasadena Md.

I pay nothing - except occasional maintenance on the dock ...
We have our neighborhood ramp 2 blocks away - with picnic area and launch dock that will hold several boats.
