sorry to hear that, I wish I had the funds for her, a 44' boat or bigger is what we want to retire on. I do wish you luck.

Lowered to $70500. ??? That's what you started at, isn't it? I really wish you luck, but honestly? That is a big number, particularly with gas engines. :? jimbo36

No I started at $78500 But gas doesn't matter here on the Lake. If it was the ocean, people would care more about the deisel's

Such a beautiful boat. Reminds me of my father's 38 Owens flushdeck mahogany cruiser from the late 60's.

Really? I thought diesels where about economy, longevity, safer fuel, High torque, low RPM, etc. Here, on the Great Lakes, Diesel boats are more desirerable, particularly over 40 feet, and bring higher prices. There is a '74 F44 with Diesel Power in Port Dover Ontario (Like Erie) listed at $69,000.00. And, in Canada, our boats tend to be higher priced then US boats. You sound like you are motivated to sell so, I hope you see a deal real soon. Good Luck. jimbo36

I don't know bout all that. Most of the boats on the Lake are Gas, and no one seems to make any comments about it. Don't know... Diesels are welcome but never been mentioned as a requirement. Matter of fact, most of the marina's around us only have gas. Diesel is a little harder to come by.

Bummer.

I hate being right all the time, it's a curse. Especially in this instance.

Sorry, man.

I just got an offer last night to trade the Trojan for a 04' FourWinns 268...
I think I'm gonna take it if he still wants to after looking at it in person. It's in great shape and would be easier to sell in the furture.
Here it is.
