F32 Wiper Arms

I have a 1979 F 32. The previous owner removed the wiper arms, and I am trying to figure out the correct length of the arms and also the length of the wipers themselves. Would like to put them back on. Was cruising to the lift out to do some maintenance it was about 20 miles and cold and rainy. Very hard to see. Also has anyone ever took the windshield panel out. I have acracked one and need to replace. Just looking for some advice. Thanks in advance.
