I've seen this boat on Boat Trader, it was owned by a marine mechanic and supposedly is in good condition. It doesn't deserve a chain saw :(

I agree the 1.75-1 isn't right. It's been advertised locally for over a year. I've never seen the boat in person. Seems like a great opportunity for someone, which is why I posted it here. The name in the Craig's list add is different than the Boat Trader ad. I would go check it out myself, but I'm recuperating from minor surgery earlier this week.

If those pics are of the of the same boat on Craigslist then (1) it got "totaled" in a wreck and (2) no way is that a 1.75-1 drive. It looks in great shape, inside and out. Whoever wants to take a chainsaw to it is (1) wasting a great boat and losing a lot of money (2) crazy.

I do think Prowlerfish and Randy are correct about the 1:1 Almost looks identical to my old setup which was a 1:1 Chuck, I hope everything turned out OK with your surgery and wish you a speedy recovery

I tried to contact the owner to get some parts doors/trim but he never replied. I also saw it for sale and am wondering if he is actually parting it out or just wants someone to "save" it from being parted out.
