Nautalex application

I am in the process of repairing leaks where the coach roof meets the lower windshield support of the driving station on a 1968 42' Sea Voyager.
Also closing in the roof which was opened in the past to facilitate engine replacement.
Final step will be to replace the nautalex covering.
Looking for info on the best process to follow when installing the nautalex.
