28 inches at my house with 3-4 ft drifts. Shoveled for 3 hours still not done.

you guys just are not geared for all that fluffy white stuff are ya?! i think you jinxed yourselves with all the smack talk about boating year 'round! florida froze over and now the east coast is getting hammered. whats that about global warming?! roflmao!

naw I did it bustin' yaw's butts over ice fishin'. But still think it's darn silly and don't worry down here it'll be in the 60's in no time. I still plan on waxin' the boat at the 1st part of march.

jddens, the guys on the right side of the states are up to there butt in snow while the left side is having an exceptionally mild winter. But spring is soon to be here.

first week in march i should have 2 weeks of open water fishing under my belt. gonna chain saw a path out of the harbor so we can float the boat out to open water! no...really...we are.

I gotta give it to you guys back east and in the Great Lakes area. You really have to work at your boating.....hauling and shrink wrapping every year, winterizing, etc.....you are some dedicated boaters. I don't know if I could do it......I'm spoiled with year around boating. Good luck digging out and let's hope you get an early spring.......John

After what hit you guys in MD and DC area, CT doesn't seem so bad. The down side here is the darned cold. It will take me until June to thaw out.
