F-25 info required

Got our new project boat but am not sure what year she is, or if I have all the factory pieces. She is a Trojan F-25, s#:251-2009 with a Mercruiser 215R, s#:3356948. The engine is a Ford small-block stamped D10E-6015-AA followed by 2A3. The transmission is a Borg Warner Velvet Drive 1:1 ratio m#:AS1-71C, s#:78403. She measures out to be 25 1/2', with a 10 1/2' beam. I am curious if this is the correct engine combo for this boat, and what year she might be. Most pics I have seen of the F-25 show a straight line from stem to stern, this boat has a pronounced flare at the bow. Thanks in advance for any help/info that can be offered.
