It is time for a new one for me. I want to go tankless. I have 4gpm pump now and two sinks and a shower. Any good whole boat water heaters out there. Not point of use. Must be electric too.

Everything I have read about experience with tankless water heaters is that electric is not the way to go... unless it is 240V when they are just acceptable.

+1

I've already been here. The tankless water heaters have pretty poor performance and reviews unless they are powered by a 220/240 circuit. The 110/120 does not heat the water sufficiently and is only recommended for a single faucet application. After all was said and done, I ordered another 12 gallon Raritan. I didn't go with the heat exchanger because it was not set up to begin with. I figured I have 12 gallons of warm water underway until I turn on the generator.
