not quite feeling quite my best this morning (i'm actually dizzy and nauseous for some odd reason) so i was checking things out on the web. i have always loved a vintage wooden chris, and for some reason, this website popped up. it was a nice diversion for me this morning, hope others appreciate it just for what it is. a vessel that has been well loved and taken care of and in the style that she was built. although, i cannot even imagine the up keep cost, but i bet it's more than i could or ever could afford. i love the pics of her engine room. even the vintage onan genset looks pristine.
enjoy fellas. enjoy.

I have a customer who owns a similar size and vintage Trumpy in perfect condition. I'm sure I've got some pictures around here somewhere.

We go to Hammondsport, NY every year for the classic boat show at their boat museum. I have always loved woody's and my father and I are restoring and old Century Lapstrake. When I was at the museum a year ago, they were restoring one of the coolest boats I have ever see. It was a 48 foot Hackercraft with twin 1500 hp V-12 engines. It is said to be the largest runabout created and was the only one built. It's named "Pardon Me". Apparently, noone really held on to the boat for very long due to its bad manners.

Then I have probably met him.
I beleive the Hilarium is just shy of 150'. I'll add pictures of that too.

Hilarium is 118 ft. I was rounding up. His name is Mark and he used to work for me before going over there in the spring.

Aaron
the boats are not here in the summer. They should arrive back here about the end of hurricane season.

Aaron if you zoom in on that Carver Mariner someone went to the trouble to add a bracket and two outboards to it. I took the picture as I waited for the bridge to close
