Oil Types Used

What are most F-32 owners using for motor oil?
30 Weight or a multi-viscosity?
Synthetic or Not?
Does anyone have the oil capacity of a Chrysler 360 cubic inch?

I use Amsoil 20W-50 Severe Service synthetic oil in my 300hp 350 Chev (Mercruiser). It's expensive stuff but I only have to change it once a year and I don't worry about oil related failures. I also use it in my generator simply to keep all the on board engine oil common.

I use Rotella-T 15w-40 in my diesels.
I use Mercury 20W-50 in my 454 in my other boat.
Synthetic is great stuff - I use it in my old Vette.
Multi-Vis is best, unless you live where it stays above 80 all the time.

I use Rotella-T 15w-40 in my cummins diesels , but I also used it in my last 3 gas boats .

I use Mobil 1 15W50 in my 440's and Rotella -T 15W40 in the 250 Cummins.

318 in my F28 Oil used Rotella T 15-40 these older engines need the zinc additives for the cam and lifters, reason diesel guys like this oil also for the additives. Although I may switch to Delo soon as I hear the new Rotella T is formulated with less zinc
