Galley Fare

Post by 1967 seavoyager »

I met a nice guy this weekend sailing a 43 ft catamaran around the world. He's from Japan. One of his crewmembers is a very nice girl named Sally. Sally is the chef aboard & she has a blog about her adventures in the galley. I can personally attest that they eat very well. The cookies, caramel, & the cinamon rolls are delicious. I can't convince her to stay here but, hopefully she'll be by this way again. Check out her site, lots of good food on there & more to come. www.sallyinthegalley.net
