I have a quick question, my portside stern drive won't go down it'll go up but not down. is it the motor that I have to change or ?? any feedback is appriciated.

I have 8.6 meter Trojan express and I was wondering where is my hot water heater or fresh water pump located. Thanks for help. I think that I have leak somewhere . I know is not fresh water hold tank. Thank you
