Most boat rental places rent smaller and newer boats. Bareboat charters, normally tend to use much newer boats. There are some companies that help people rent boats. Possibly you may have luck with one. Doubtful you would find any boats at all for rent this time of year I that area.

Check for power at the buzzer(s) and check to make sure the wire is hooked up to the oil and temp switches. (not sensors) I didnt know about the oil and temp switches? I did notice one of the buzzers has the top piece removed from the lower half. They have buzzers in the Trojan store if you need one.

Good luck with the project, you should have started a new thread. Either way you go the transom will need major work.

You could make bushing or spacer. Or just don't overtighten
